To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your account details secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breaches.

You can upgrade your account to access paid features. Once upgraded, you will be billed based on your selected subscription. If you do not pay, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your account. Refunds are issued as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapientra (OPC) Pvt Ltd. will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

You may not access or use the platform if you are under the age of 16, unless you have obtained parental consent. You may not attempt to bypass security measures or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
